Cancellation Policy
- Deposit and Payment
A deposit fee is required to schedule an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance after the procedure is complete. The deposit is not refundable. I have the right to keep the deposit for the time reserved for you. I hope you understand, everyone’s time is valuable.
- Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, I just ask you to be notified. I understand last minute emergencies happen and I won’t charge anyone.
As a single mom, sometimes I need to cancel on my clients last minute as well.
Just please, don’t take advantage of this policy.
- Grace Period
If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit your deposit.
- No Show
If you no show to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and any rescheduled appointment will be need to be paid in full.
